By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We only collect information that you choose to share with us:

• Commercial Leasing enquiry form (tenants): your name, business or brand name, mobile number, email address, and your property requirements such as property type, preferred location, area, rental budget, lease duration, business category, move-in timeline and any notes you add.
• Commercial Leasing enquiry form (property owners): your name, mobile number, email address, and details of your property such as type, location, area, expected rent and availability.
• WhatsApp and phone: when you message or call us, we receive your phone number, name (as shown on your account) and whatever you choose to tell us.

This website does not use its own analytics or advertising tracking, and we do not ask for sensitive information such as financial account details, passwords or government ID numbers through the website.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and contact you about it by phone, WhatsApp or email
• To match tenants with suitable commercial properties, and property owners with suitable tenants
• To provide the construction, interior design, property and leasing services you ask about
• To keep a record of enquiries for follow-up and internal business purposes

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

4. Where your information is stored

Enquiries submitted through the Commercial Leasing form are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google account, through Google Apps Script. Google acts as our service provider and processes this data under its own security and privacy terms.

Access to these records is limited to the Ramshila team members who handle enquiries.

5. When we share information

We only share your information where it is needed to help you, or where the law requires it:

• With a property owner or prospective tenant, when you have asked us to help you find or lease a property — and only the details needed for that purpose
• With service providers that help us run our business, such as Google (data storage)
• With authorities, if required by law, court order or government request

6. Third-party services on this website

Some parts of this website are provided by other companies. When they load, these companies may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type, and may set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies:

• Google Maps — the office location map on our Contact section
• Elfsight — the Instagram feed shown on our homepage
• Instagram and WhatsApp (Meta) — when you click a link to our Instagram profile or start a WhatsApp chat

We do not control these services. We recommend reading their privacy policies.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry details only for as long as they are needed to respond to you, provide our services and maintain reasonable business records. When they are no longer needed, we delete them. You can ask us to delete your details earlier at any time (see section 8).
